Boise Unpaid Wage Attorneys

The Idaho Wage Claim Act provides a statutory basis for employees to pursue claims for unpaid wages against employers. Under the Act, wages can include all wages, salary, commissions, bonuses, compensation, severances and similar benefits which are part of the agreed upon compensation for the job.

Upon termination of employment, the employer must pay all wages due and owing at the time of termination within ten business days or the next regularly scheduled payday, whichever is sooner. This includes any unpaid wages, unpaid commissions, unpaid bonuses, unpaid severances, and any other unpaid compensation that you are entitled to under the terms of your employment and Idaho law.

If your employer fails to comply with Idaho wage payment laws, you are entitled to recover the sum of three times your unpaid compensation, plus potential attorney fees and costs in the matter.  However, the statute of limitations on many of these claims can be as short as six months from the date of the non-payment.  Therefore, if you believe you have a wage claim, contact our team of seasoned unpaid wage attorneys at Rossman Law Group so we can get to work on your case.
